AUGERS FOR EXCAVATORS & SKID LOADERS
EFFICIENT: The auger drive units Ms are equipped with a planetary gearbox (with 5 gear sets) allows to multiply torque, with limited weight and overall dimensions. The hydraulic motor Eaton is integrated into the input housing, allowing direct connection to the gearset. This kind of gearbox reduces speed and increases torque, facilitating the drilling even in harsh ground conditions.
COMPACT: The current design of the moto-reduction gear reduces the dimensions and the overall weight, with less potential oil leaks and connections points. The maintenance is minimal. Compact design is particularly suitable for mini excavators, and it allows for greater length under the drive for augers or extensions. The drive unit can completely enter the hole. Hoses and hitches, protected by the housing, are located with an ideal angle for the drilling.
COST-EFFECTIVE: Drain is not required. The auger is supplied with: hydraulic hoses, quick hitches and a pressure relief valve. 3-year motor warranty – 5-year gearbox warranty
AUGER BITS Wide range of auger bits, from 100 mm to 1000 mm (for bigger models), suitable for any type of ground. Possibility to add extensions. The augers are produced with a HD tube in highest quality steel. The shallow pitch flights facilitate an excellent removal of spoil. The particular design “true cut” ensures an auger with diameter 200 mm to really drill a 200 mm hole. Upon request, bits for wood: wood splitter and stump grinder.
MOUNTING HITCHES The auger drive unit can be supplied with single pin hitch for direct connection to the excavator boom, a plate for double-pin hitch or quick hitch, or a frame for skid loaders. Upon request a safety cradle hitch can be supplied.
